Headlamp Washer Hose Replacement (CE4 with TT6 TT7 TT8)

Preliminary Procedure: Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
1	Headlamp Washer Pump Connection
2	Headlamp Washer Hose Assembly Procedure Place a clean suitable container at the windshield washer pump spout prior to disconnecting the washer hose from the windshield washer pump. Contain all lost windshield washer solvent when disconnecting the washer pump hoses. Disconnect the headlamp washer hose from both headlamp washer nozzle assemblies. Disconnect the retainer clips from the lower radiator air baffles. Remove the headlamp washer hose from the vehicle.

Procedure

Place a clean suitable container at the windshield washer pump spout prior to disconnecting the washer hose from the windshield washer pump.
Contain all lost windshield washer solvent when disconnecting the washer pump hoses.
Disconnect the headlamp washer hose from both headlamp washer nozzle assemblies.
Disconnect the retainer clips from the lower radiator air baffles.
Remove the headlamp washer hose from the vehicle.
