Circuit Description

When ignition switch is turned on, AIR BAG warning light will flash 7 times, during which time Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM) tests SIR system. If no system faults are detected, SDM will turn AIR BAG warning light off. If a malfunction is detected, SDM will cause AIR BAG warning light to stay on.
