2	Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. Observe the DIC operation. Does the DIC operate normally?	-	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems	Go to Step 3
3	Install the scan tool. With the scan tool, observe the Run/Accy/Rap Voltage parameter in the DIC data list. Does the DIC Run/Accy/Rap Voltage parameter indicate any voltage?	-	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 5
4	Inspect for poor connections at the harness connector of the DIC. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections , and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	-	Go to Step 7	Go to Step 6
5	Repair the open, a short to ground or a high resistance in the RAP fuse supply voltage circuit of the DIC. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you complete the repair?	-	Go to Step 7	-
6	Replace the DIC. Refer to Driver Information Center Replacement . Did you complete the replacement?	-	Go to Step 7	-
7	Operate the system in order to verify the repair. Did you correct the condition?	-	System OK	Go to Step 2
