Reassembly & Installation

  1. To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Ensure inner rotor is installed with chamfered side of rotor facing the pump cover. Tighten pump cover bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install NEW pressure relief valve retainer cap.
  2. Fill rotor cavity with engine oil before installing. To install, reverse removal procedure.
