Cylinder Head: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure the 10-mm Allen hex cylinder head bolts and washers are installed in correct location. See Figure.
  2. Install and tighten cylinder head bolts to specification in sequence, using 3 steps. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Refer to Fig. Figure.
  3. To install the remaining components, reverse the removal procedure. Tighten the bolts/nuts to specification. Refer to, at the end of the article, TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
