Oil Cooler: Installation

NOTE: Make sure the oil cooler-to-oil filter adapter is aligned.

Install the oil cooler and the bolt.

Torque: 58 Nm

1. Using the hose clamp installer, install the coolant hoses.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
2. Remove the hose locking pliers.

- Lubricate the oil filter seal with clean engine oil and install and tighten in 2 stages.
- Install to initial gasket contact.
- Tighten 3/4 to 1 turn.

Inspect and adjust the coolant level in the degas bottle. Refer to: Specifications .
Inspect and adjust the engine oil level. Refer to: Engine Oil Draining and Filling
