Transfer Case Front Output Shaft Seal: Removal

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING
  2. Remove the transfer case. Refer to: Transfer Case .
  3. Remove the transfer case output shaft seal dust cover.

  4. Remove and discard the transfer case output shaft seal.
