Cooler Bypass Valve: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. Apply a thin coating. Inspect and lubricate the seals.

    Material

    : Motorcraft® MERCON® ULV Automatic Transmission Fluid / XT-12-QULV (WSS-M2C949-A,) (MERCON® ULV)

  3. Check the transmission fluid level. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
