Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

Possible Causes

Fuse
Dirty or scratched camera lens
Wiring, terminals or connectors
Rear parking aid camera
APIM (if equipped with touchscreen centerstack infotainment display)
Interference from other sources

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-Checks

Make sure the rear video camera lens is clear of any debris.
BJB fuse 34 (10A).

NOTE: Before disconnecting the parking aid camera, verify that the connector is properly seated and latched.
