Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Pump: Installation

- Install the transmission fluid auxiliary pump gasket.
- Install the transmission fluid auxiliary pump and bolts.
Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
- Connect the electrical connectors and slide the plastic locks to the locked position.

NOTE: If a new auxiliary pump was installed, the barcode must be recorded, prior to installation of the transmission fluid pan, gasket and filter.
Scan the 2D barcode on the new auxiliary pump using a QR or 2D barcode reader app and record the last 22 digits of the barcode.

NOTE: The hybrid drive unit feed tube seals and the transmission fluid auxiliary pump filter seal can be reused if not damaged.
Install the hybrid drive unit feed tube seals and the transmission fluid auxiliary pump filter seal.
- Install the main control valve body. Refer to: Main Control Valve Body .
- If a new auxiliary pump was installed, the Transmission Identification (TRID) file must be updated with the characterization data for the new auxiliary pump. Refer to: Transmission Strategy Download .
