Gear Shift Module (GSM) - Vehicles With: Column Shift: Installation

- Align the GSM pin and loosely install the nut.
- Install the upper GSM bolts.
Torque
: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
- Install the lower GSM bolt.
Torque
: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
- Tighten the GSM nut.
Torque
: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
- Connect the GSM electrical connector.
- Install the steering column shrouds. Refer to: Steering Column Shrouds .
- Return the vehicle to normal operating mode. Refer to: Stay in Neutral .
