Transmission Fluid Cooler Supply Tube - Raptor: Installation

- Position the transmission fluid cooler supply tube in the vehicle.
- Connect the transmission fluid cooler supply tube and position the clamp.
- Install the LH radiator air deflector and the pushpins.
- Install the active grille shutter. Refer to: Active Grille Shutter .
- Install the transmission fluid cooler supply tube bracket bolt.
Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
- Install the air cleaner intake pipe, the bolt and the pushpins.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Install the CAC outlet tube pipe and tighten the clamp.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Connect the CAC outlet pipe attachments.
- Connect the electrical connector and the wiring harness pushpin.
- Connect the fuel vapor tube quick release coupling. Refer to Quick Release Coupling
- Position the degas bottle and install the bolts.
Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
- Install the air cleaner outlet pipe and tighten the clamps.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Connect the IAT sensor electrical connector.
- Connect the CAC outlet pipe to the CAC.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler supply tube bracket bolt and connect the wiring harness standoff.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Connect the transmission fluid cooler supply tube to the cooler bypass valve.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler supply tube secondary latch.
- If equipped, install the skid plate and the bolts.
Torque: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
- Check the transmission fluid level and adjust as necessary. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
