Transmission Fluid Cooler - 2.7L EcoBoost (238kW/324PS)/3.5L EcoBoost (272kW/370PS)/5.0L 32V Ti-VCT: Installation

- Install the transmission fluid cooler.
- Slide the transmission fluid cooler on the coolant hose.
- Install the bolts.
Torque: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
- Position the coolant hose clamp.
- Connect the coolant hose to the transmission fluid cooler.
- Remove the clamps from the transmission fluid cooler coolant hoses.
- Connect the transmission fluid cooler outlet tube to the transmission fluid cooler.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler outlet tube secondary latch.
- Position the transmission fluid cooler outlet tube heat shield.
- Connect the transmission fluid cooler inlet tube to the transmission fluid cooler.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet tube secondary latch.
- Position the transmission fluid cooler inlet tube heat shield.
- Check the transmission fluid level and adjust as necessary. Refer toTRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL CHECK
- Check the engine coolant level and adjust as necessary. Refer to Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding [For Engine 2.7L] . Refer to:Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding [for Engine 3.5L] . Refer to Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding [For Engine 5.0L]

NOTE: If equipped.
If equipped, install the shield, the retainer and the bolts.
Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
