Cooling Module: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

    Install new condenser fitting O-ring seals.

    Material: Motorcraft® PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil / YN-12-D (WSH-M1C231-B)

  3. Evacuate and charge the A/C system. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
  4. NOTE: Evaluate the cooling system condition before filling the cooling system. Failure to follow these instructions can result in damage to the engine.
