Pinpoint Test D : Engagement Quality - Forward

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
- Delayed/soft forward
  - Check the transmission fluid level. REFER to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
  - Check for low line pressure. If line pressure is out of specification, use the Line Pressure Diagnosis Chart for further diagnostics. REFER to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
  - Check the forward clutch for a delayed apply condition. REFER to: Forward Clutch Assembly .
  - Check the low one-way clutch for slipping. REFER to: Low One-Way Clutch Assembly .
- Harsh forward
  - Check the forward clutch for a harsh apply condition. REFER to: Forward Clutch Assembly .
  - Check the low one-way clutch for damage. REFER to: Low One-Way Clutch Assembly .
- Neutral after launch
  - Check the low one-way clutch assembly for a slipping condition. REFER to: Low One-Way Clutch Assembly .
