Pinpoint Test G: Coast Down Grinding Noise

- Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
- Output shaft, shift fork, shift rod, gear wear or damage, bearing wear or damage
- Drive the vehicle to a speed of 80 km/h (50 mph), then release the accelerator pedal and let the vehicle coast down to 32 km/h (20 mph). If excessive noise occurs, INSTALL a new transmission. REFER to: Transmission
