Incorrect torque transferred to front axle after installing new transfer case GO to Pinpoint Test H 
The AWD module does not respond to the diagnostic scan tool REFER to: Controller Area Network (CAN) Module Communications Network .
The ATCM does not respond to the diagnostic scan tool REFER to: Controller Area Network (CAN) Module Communications Network .
The transfer case does not transfer torque correctly Possible Sources:
Transfer case clutch actuator position sensor faults or Transfer case clutch actuator reduction gearset binding or Transfer case clutch actuator 
- GO to Pinpoint Test I transfer case clutch worn or damaged 
GO to Pinpoint Test M 
Wiring harness faults 
GO to Pinpoint Test N 
AWD module 
GO to Pinpoint Test O 
Fluid leak from Transfer Case Possible Sources:
Case seal 
GO to Pinpoint Test P 
Input/output shaft seals 
GO to Pinpoint Test Q 
Actuator shaft seal Vent or Vent
