Fuel Tank Filler Pipe: Removal

- Disconnect the battery. Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect
- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview
- Remove the LHR wheel and tire. Refer to: Wheel and Tire
- Remove the retainers and screws.
Torque: 17 lb.in (1.9 Nm)
- Remove the retainers.

- Detach the quick connectors. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling
- Loosen the hose clamp.
Torque: 33 lb.in (3.7 Nm)
- Detach the clips and position the drain hose aside.

- Remove the bolts.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- Remove the fuel tank filler pipe from the vehicle.
- Remove the bolts.
