BCM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| B153E:01 | Trailer Hitch Light Output: General Electrical Failure | A continuous and on-demand DTC that sets in the BCM when an internal electrical failure is detected from the trailer assist lamp. |
| B153E:08 | Trailer Hitch Light Output: Bus Signal / Message Failure | A continuous and on-demand DTC that sets in the BCM when there is a LIN communication fault from the trailer assist lamp. |
| B153E:11 | Trailer Hitch Light Output: Circuit Short To Ground | A continuous and on-demand DTC that sets in the BCM when the trailer hitch light control circuit is shorted to ground. |
| B153E:15 | Trailer Hitch Light Output: Circuit Short To Battery or Open | A continuous and on-demand DTC that sets in the BCM when the trailer hitch light control circuit is shorted to battery power or open. |
| B153E:49 | Trailer Hitch Light Output: Internal Electronic Failure | A continuous and on-demand DTC that sets in the BCM when an internal electronic fault is detected in the trailer assist lamp. |
