Install the PTU heat shield.

Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

Install the coolant pump and hoses. Install the pump mounting nuts.

Install the RH halfshaft. Refer to: Front Halfshaft RH - 2.7L EcoBoost (238kW/324PS), All-Wheel Drive (AWD) .
Fill the PTU. Refer to: Power Transfer Unit Draining and Filling 2.0L EcoBoost .
Install the front subframe. Refer to: Front Subframe .
Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding 2.0L EcoBoost .
