    Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

A short to ground or voltage in the circuitry to one of the speakers may cause multiple speakers to lose sound due to the built-in overload protection feature of the ACM. In this case, a speaker fault DTC sets.

    DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

    DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition
ACM B150C:55 Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Node 1: Not Configured Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects a fault trying to communicate to the DSP.
ACM B150C:87 Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Node 1: Missing Message Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects a fault trying to communicate to the DSP.
ACM B150C:8F Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Node 1: Erratic Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects a fault trying to communicate to the DSP.
ACM B1511:01 Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Master Node: General Electrical Failure Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects a fault trying to communicate to the DSP.
ACM B1511:11 Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Master Node: Circuit Short To Ground Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects a short to ground from the Automobile Audio Bus (A2B).
ACM B1511:12 Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Master Node: Circuit Short To Battery Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects a short to voltage from the Automobile Audio Bus (A2B).
ACM B1511:13 Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Master Node: Circuit Open Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects an open from the Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) cable.
ACM B1511:95 Automobile Audio Bus (A2B) Master Node: Incorrect Assembly Sets continuous and during the self-test when the ACM detects a fault trying to communicate to the DSP.
DSP B13FB:11 Audio Enable Line: Circuit Short To Ground Sets continuous when the DSP does not detect the correct voltage signal from the enable circuit 5 seconds after receiving the ignition mode RUN message from the BCM.
