Possible Causes

Fuse
Rear washer hose
Rear washer jet
Wiring, terminals or connectors
Washer pump relay
Washer pump
Wiper/washer switch
Windshield wiper motor
SCCM

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks

Inspect BJB fuses 28 (10A) and 3 (15A) and make sure they are OK.
Inspect the wiper/washer switch for damage.
