Radiator Lower Hose: Removal

- 1.
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- 2.
Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- 3.
Remove the LH headlamp assembly. Refer to: Headlamp Assembly .
- 4.
Remove the bolt and position the transmission cooler upward to release it from the lower retainer.Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- 5.
Release the clamp and disconnect the lower radiator hose.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- 6.
Release the clamp disconnect the lower radiator hose from the upper radiator outlet.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- 7.
Release the clamp and remove the lower radiator hose.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
