Coolant Outlet Connector: Removal

- 1.
Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- 2.
Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt .
- 3.NOTE: Make sure that these components are installed to the noted removal position.NOTE: The gasket is to be reused unless damaged.
- 1.
Remove the accessory drive belt idler pulley.Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
- 2.
Remove the coolant outlet connector.Torque: 17 lb.ft (23 Nm)
