Coolant Manifold: Installation

Using a new gasket, install the coolant manifold and bolts. Tighten in the sequence shown in illustration in 2 stages.Torque:
Stage 1: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
Stage 2: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

Connect the coolant hose.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
Torque: 33 lb.in (3.7 Nm)

Install the coolant hose.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
Torque: 33 lb.in (3.7 Nm)
