Fuel Temperature Sensor: Removal

1.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

2.

Disconnect the battery. Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect - Vehicles With: Dual Batteries .

3.

Remove the throttle body. Refer to: Throttle Body .

4.

Disconnect the fuel injection pump temperature sensor.

- Remove the fuel injection pump temperature sensor mounting bolt.
  Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
- Remove the fuel injection pump temperature sensor.
