Low Washer Fluid Level Message (If Equipped)

The message center provides a low washer fluid level message when the washer fluid level is low. When the BCM detects the washer fluid input sent high, the BCM sends the washer fluid level low message to the IPC over the MS-CAN to display the low washer fluid level message.
