Possible Causes 

• Fuse
• Wiring, terminals or connectors
• Power liftgate hands free actuation module
• Power liftgate hands free actuation lower sensor
• Power liftgate hands free actuation upper sensor
• RFA module

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

• Inspect the RJB fuse 1 (5A).
