PINPOINT TEST B: A Virtual Gauge (AWD, Tachometer Or Temperature), Is Inoperative: Tachometer

If the engine rpm data message is missing for less than 5 seconds, the IPC defaults the tachometer to the last indication state, based upon the last message received.
If the engine rpm data message is missing for 5 seconds or longer, the IPC defaults the tachometer to 0 rpm.
