Component Description: IPC

The IPC  provides the driver with a system status and alerts the driver when certain conditions exist in the vehicle. The IPC  receives the ignition status from the BCM  over the Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN). The IPC  requires Programmable Module Installation (PMI) when the IPC  is replaced.
