Condition Possible Sources Actions
The vehicle does not start Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test A 
Unable to program keys using two programmed keys Spare key programming disabled ENABLE the spare key programming. REFER to: ANTI-THEFT SECURITY ACCESS
Unable to program keys using a diagnostic scan tool Base PATS concern
PATS transceiver		 CARRY OUT the BCM self-test.
If any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, REFER to the BCM DTC Chart in DTC Charts .
If no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, INSTALL a new PATS transceiver. REFER to: Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) Transceiver .
