Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the hood latch release cable A from the hood latch release cable B.
    1. Open the cable connector cover.
    2. Disconnect the hood latch release cable A.

  2. Remove the hood latch release handle E-clip, release the return spring and position the hood latch release handle aside.
  3. Disconnect the hood latch release cable A and remove the hood latch release handle.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
