SYMPTOM CHART

All power windows are inoperative	Fuse(s) Accessory delay relay Circuitry LH front window control switch Smart Junction Box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
All passenger power windows are inoperative - SHO, Limited	Circuitry LH front window control switch	CARRY OUT the LH front window control switch component test. Refer to COMPONENT TESTING Article for component testing. If the LH front window control switch passes the component test, REPAIR circuit CPW14 (VT/WH) for an open. TEST the system for normal operation. If the LH front window control switch does not pass the component test, INSTALL a new LH window control switch. REFER to WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH . TEST the system for normal operation.
Both rear power windows are inoperative - SHO, Limited	Circuit breaker Circuitry	VERIFY Smart Junction Box (SJB) circuit breaker 47 (30A) is OK. If OK, REPAIR circuit CBP47 (GN/BU) for an open. TEST the system for normal operation. If not OK, REFER to the SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS Article to identify the possible causes of the circuit short. REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
All passenger power windows are inoperative - SE, SEL	Circuit breaker Circuitry LH front window control switch	GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
A single power window is inoperative - LH front	Fuse Circuitry LH front window control switch LH front window regulator motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
A single power window is inoperative - RH front, SHO, Limited	Fuse Circuitry LH or RH front window control switch RH front window regulator motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST D .
A single power window is inoperative - RH front, SE, SEL	Circuitry LH or RH front window control switch RH front window regulator motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
A single power window is inoperative - LH rear	Circuitry LH front window control switch LH rear window control switch LH rear window regulator motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
A single power window is inoperative - RH rear	Circuitry LH front window control switch RH rear window control switch RH rear window regulator motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
The one-touch up/down feature is inoperative	Window regulator motor not intialized Battery power was lost while window was operating Window control switch Window regulator motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST H .
The global open function is inoperative - SHO, Limited	Circuitry Window regulator motor Roof opening panel motor/module (if equipped) Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter Driver door lock cylinder SJB	GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
The defrost system is inoperative	Fuse(s) Rear window defrost relay Circuitry Rear window defrost grid Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) HVAC module	GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
The defrost system will not shut off automatically	Circuitry Rear window defrost relay HVAC module	GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
The delayed accessory is inoperative	Circuitry Accessory delay relay SJB	GO to PINPOINT TEST L .
The delayed accessory does not turn off	Circuitry Accessory delay relay SJB	GO to PINPOINT TEST M .
