Removal and Installation

- Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING in this service information.
- Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to ENGINE MECHANICAL - 2.5L HYBRID article.
- Disconnect and remove the coolant bypass tube.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
