Instrument Cluster Finish Panel

1 W705314 Instrument cluster finish panel upper screw (3 required)
2 W701679 Instrument cluster finish panel lower screw (2 required)
3 044D70 Instrument cluster finish panel
  1. Remove the 2 screws and position the hood release handle aside.

  2. Remove the 2 screws from the steering column opening panel.

  3. Remove the steering column opening panel from the retainers and remove the panel.
  4. Remove the instrument panel steering column opening cover reinforcement.

    • Remove the 5 bolts.
      • To install, tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb-in).
    • Remove the reinforcement.
  5. Remove the instrument panel center finish panel. For additional information, refer to Instrument Cluster Center Finish Panel  in this article.
  6. Remove the 4 upper screws from the instrument cluster finish panel.

  7. Remove the 2 lower screws from the instrument cluster finish panel.

  8. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the instrument cluster finish panel.

  9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
