- Verify the customer concern by operating the outside/inside rear view mirrors.

Mechanical Electrical - Exterior mirror
- Exterior mirror control switch
- Smart junction box (SJB) fuse 30 (5A)
- Damaged wiring harness
- Loose or corroded connections
- If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and Go to Symptom Chart .
