  • The exterior mirror glass movement is restricted, erratic or jumpy
  • Exterior mirror damper spring is out of the exterior mirror damper spring track
  • CHECK to make sure that the exterior mirror damper springs are installed correctly in the exterior mirror damper spring track. REFER to Exterior Mirror Damper Spring Alignment  in this article.
  • The mirrors are inoperative
  • Fuse

  • Exterior rear view mirror control switch
  • A single mirror is inoperative
