The anti-theft indicator is always/never on	IC	Go to Pinpoint Test F .
The vehicle does not start	Circuitry Starter relay IC	CYCLE the ignition. CARRY OUT the IC self-test. If PATS DTCs are present, REFER to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Charts . If no PATS DTCs are present, REFER to the Introduction - Gasoline Engines .
