With Message Center

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  2. Start the engine.
  3. From the SETUP menu, select compass zone.
  4. Determine which magnetic zone you are in for your geographic location.

  5. Press the RESET button until the message center display changes to show the current zone setting.
  6. Press the RESET button repeatedly until the correct zone setting for your geographic location is displayed.
  7. Wait 4 seconds when the correct zone is chosen.
