Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the steering wheel. For additional information, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the instrument cluster finish panel and the steering column upper shroud as an assembly.
    • Remove the 2 instrument cluster finish panel screws.
    • Press the sides of the upper steering column shroud inward to release it from the lower steering column shroud.
  3. Remove the 3 steering column cover screws and the steering column cover.
  4. Remove the 3 lower steering column shroud screws and the lower shroud.
  5. Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors.
  6. Remove the 4 screws and the multifunction switch.
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
