Pinpoint Test B: The Roof Opening Panel Shows Unexpected Bounce Back At High Speed

B1 CHECK THE OPERATION OF THE SPEEDOMETER
- Drive the vehicle.
- Observe the speedometer.
- Does the speedometer operate correctly?
  - Yes : GO to B2.
  - No : REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER to diagnose the speedometer.
B2 CHECK CIRCUIT 8-GR8/8-RE22 FOR AN OPEN
- Key in OFF position.
- Disconnect: PCM C175b.
- Disconnect: Roof Opening Panel Motor C9015.
- Measure the resistance between the PCM C175b pin 1, circuit 8-RE22 (WH/VT), harness side and the roof opening panel motor C9015 pin 6, circuit 8-GB8 (WH/BU), harness side.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
  - Yes : INSTALL a new roof opening panel motor. REFER to ROOF OPENING PANEL MOTOR . TEST the system for normal operation.
  - No : REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
