Removal And Installation

Drain the engine coolant from the degas bottle only. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
Disconnect the radiator vent hose.

Remove the degas bottle return hose.

Remove the nuts and the degas bottle.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
