Recommended Procedure

Inspect the air cleaner inlet and ducting to assure that it is not blocked or collapsed. Inspect the air cleaner housing and filter for proper installation. If necessary, use Pressure Adapter Kit (014-00761) or equivalent to install a Magnehelic® gauge on the port on the air cleaner and measure restriction at high idle. Restriction should be 2-25 in. H2O (3.7-46.7 mm Hg) at WOT.
