Self-Diagnostic System: Notes

Instrument Cluster Module (ICM) has self-diagnostic system which may store a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) if a problem exists. ICM communicates with Generic Electronic Module (GEM). DTCs stored in ICM and/or GEM may be obtained with Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS) tester or New Generation Star (NGS) tester. See USING SCAN TOOL .
