Headlamp Assembly - Five Hundred, Montego: Installation

  1. Connect the electrical connectors and position the headlamp assembly in place.
  2. Install the side headlamp assembly bolt.
    • Tighten to 11 N.m (8 lb-ft).
  3. Install the front headlamp assembly bolt.
  4. Install the top outboard headlamp assembly bolt.
  5. Install the top inboard headlamp assembly bolt.
  6. Install the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
