Qt2 Perform Vehicle Preparation

- Perform all the following safety steps required to start and run vehicle tests:
- Apply the parking brake.
- Place the transmission range selector lever into the PARK (P) or NEUTRAL (N) position.
- Block the drive wheels.
- Turn off all electrical loads:
- Radios
- Lights
- A/C
- Rear window defroster (if equipped)
- Heater blower fans, etc.
Have all the safety steps been performed and electrical loads turned off?
