Qt1 Perform Visual Inspection

- Inspect the air cleaner, inlet ducting, tubes and clamps.
- Check all engine vacuum hoses for damage, leaks, cracks, blockage, proper routing, etc.
- Check the alternative fuel wiring harness for proper connections, bent or broken pins, corrosion, loose wires, proper routing, blown fuses, etc.
- Check the alternative fuel tank and alternative fuel level.
- Ensure ambient temperature is above -29°C (-20°F).
- Inspect the alternative fuel tank, fuel lines and fittings for leaks or damage.
- Check the processor, sensors and actuators for physical damage.
- Check the engine coolant for proper level.
- Check the engine oil level and quality.
- Check the battery voltage. Refer to the appropriate GENERATORS & REGULATORS article.
