Instrument Cluster and Panel Illumination

Remove the instrument panel steering column cover. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM .
Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Item 1: Outer Instrument Panel Finish Panel Removal Note

The outer instrument panel finish panel is held in place by spring clips located on the housing.

Item 3: Dimmer Switch Removal Note

Release the retaining tabs to remove the dimmer switch.
