Pinpoint Test BB: No Communication With The Parking Aid Module

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adapter(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.
  1. BB1 CHECK CIRCUIT 20-GN10 (PK/YE) FOR VOLTAGE 
    • Key in OFF position.
    • Disconnect: Parking Aid Module C4014b.
    • Key in ON position.
    • Measure the voltage between the parking aid module C4014b-12, circuit 20-GN10 (PK/YE), harness side and ground.

    • Is the voltage greater than 10 volts? 
    1. Yes  : GO to BB2.
    2. No  : REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
  2. BB2 CHECK CIRCUIT 91-GN10 (BN) FOR OPEN 
    • Key in OFF position.
    • Measure the resistance between the parking aid module C4014b-7, circuit 91-GN10 (BN), harness side and ground.

    • Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? 
    1. Yes  : REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK .
    2. No  : REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
