DTC P0A90: Drive Motor A Performance

P0A90 - DRIVE MOTOR A PERFORMANCE

This DTC indicates a traction motor malfunction. |
| Possible Causes: |
- Motor resolver malfunction.
- Motor resolver/current sensor power supply malfunction.
- Motor current feedback malfunction.

| Diagnostic Aids: |
Clear the transaxle control module (TCM) continuous DTCs. Carry out a TCM KOEO on demand self-test. If DTC P0A90 is present again, install a new transaxle. Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE/TRANSMISSION - ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (ECVT)
. If the DTC is not present, fault can not be duplicated or identified at this time. GO to Pinpoint Test Z
for intermittent diagnostics. |
